Clever brings design and construction into one coordinated team, giving homeowners one point of contact from early ideas through installation.
We are Brandon and Melissa Palm, a husband and wife team. Before the Carolinas we owned and operated a remodeling and design company in Florida, renovating hundreds of luxury homes and producing custom cabinetry and closet systems in our own shop. That hands-on, integrated approach is still how we work today.

Welcome to the family
We are a husband and wife design-build team passionate about transforming homes with care and intention. We are blessed with four daughters, each named after a flower, which is where the floral theme behind the brand comes from. We bring the same attention to detail to our work as we do to our family life.
We spent the last few years in Greenville, SC, where one of our projects was featured on the GVLMOD House Tour of 2025. After our personal home was severely damaged by Hurricane Helene, we relocated to Baxter Village in Fort Mill, SC, where we continue to enjoy a great community and family life. We are followers of Jesus and active members at Elevation Church at the Ballantyne campus.
Clever began as a cabinet, closet, and window treatment studio and has grown into a design-build firm, bringing the same creativity and craftsmanship to every project.
